East Bonner County Library District* cardholder responsibilities

• I agree to abide by all library rules for the use of this card: Library Policies
• I agree to be responsible for all materials checked out, and to pay all fines, fees, and other charges incurred through the use of this card.
• The loss of this card should be reported immediately.
• Report any changes of name, address, email address, or phone number promptly.

You must bring a photo ID and proof of address with you when you come into the library to get your permanent card. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian MUST accompany you in order to get your card.

**If you do not live in the East Bonner County Library District, you can still get a free card if you bring a library card from your home library with you when you come in to pick up our card. If you are a non-resident and would like to purchase a card, the cost is $2.92 / month.
